Press Brake Guarding System
The LZS-005 press brake guarding system provides the most advanced operator protection available while enhancing machine productivity. Designed for use with Lazer Safe's PCSS (Press Control Safety System), the LZS-005 is category 4 compliant and meets the world's most demanding international safety standards.

The LZS-005 system comprises a laser transmitter and camera receiver which are mounted to the upper beam of the press brake. The laser transmitter projects a class 1 block laser below the punch and the camera receiver captures and processes the images taken between the tools. The system checks for an operator's fingers or hands entering the hazardous area between and around the tools allowing the operator to safely work close to the tools as they close at high speed.
